Antique Silver Plate Queen Pattern Soup Ladle Martin & Naylor c1850 –  Ramaiolo zuppa di Sheffield, modello Queen 

 Martin & Naylor, Fargate, Sheffield, 1849-1852. In 1852 amalgamated with Robert & Hall, and became known as Martin, Hall & Co.

A beautiful collectable antique silver plate soup ladle in the sought after Queen pattern (also known as Rosette), made in Sheffield  by Martin & Naylor circa 1850. The beautiful details and the very good condition make of this piece a collectable item which can be used on formal (or informal) dining  tables.

No plate loss, minor scratches due to use and polishing, no monograms: do not miss it.

Length 36.1 cm. The bowl is 10 cm wide and approx 4 cm deep

 Bellissimo ramaiolo di Sheffield da zuppa e minestre, nel raffinato modello Queen (conosciuto anche come Rosette). Relizzato a Sheffield verso il 1850 da Martin & Naylor (successivamente Martin, Hall & Co.), è in ottime condizioni, senza perdita di argentatura, con minimi segni dell’uso come piccoli graffi. . Dettagli bellissimi.
