 Beautiful, top quality, rare Italian Silver Plate Cocktail Shaker by Calderoni,

Milano, c 1950’s

 This beautiful shaker, made by the silversmith Calderoni in Milan (since 1851), is a top quality item, with top quality original silvering.

It has a pure and plain line, and is marked both on the cap and under the base: Calderoni Milano with the trade mark and Alpacca Argentata (the same as Electroplate Nickelsilver).

It is in overall good condition, with a small dent on the strainer and other very minor dents, one on the strainer and a couple on the beaker.  There is also a little bending on the internal ring of the strainer and some wear on the bottom  inside the beaker.  No wear at all in any other parts of the whole shaker. It looks great.

 It is 19 cm high and has a maximum diameter of  8 cm and weighs 336 grams.

 Bellissimo Shaker in alpacca argentata realizzato a Milano da Calderoni, c1950 azienda fondata nel 1851 operante nel settore casalingo e alberghiero. Condizioni molto buone, con una piccola ammaccature ed altre molto piccole. Argentatura di ottima qualità e in ottimo stato. Marcato sia sul tappo che sul fondo.
