Unusual Butterfly Knife Rests Silver Plate c1860-1900 – Poggiaposate  con farfalle, Sheffield

Stunning pair of antique silver plate knife rests in the unusual shape of butterflies.

These knife rests, probably made in the Victorian era or in the early 20th century, are butterfly shaped with beautiful details on the wings.

Both unmarked, are in excellent condition, maybe re-silvered.

Approx  10 cm  x  7.5 cm  x  3 cm. The weight is  132 grams.
