Vintage Porcelain Lady in Orange Dress Mounted on Musical Box.

 The lady seems to be English made, the music box should  be Japan made as is written under the Bakelite base.

 Twisting the Bakelite base, the figurine revolves and play a tune.

 A collectable item in very good condition.
